These Terms of Service govern your use of the Just Canvass LLC website and our custom canvas services. This policy is effective as of August 2026.

By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Product Description

We create custom photo-to-canvas prints, handmade in North Augusta, South Carolina. Each canvas is produced from a photo you provide and is made to order to your specifications.

Pricing

• Canvases start at $50 for an 8×10.
• Promotional pricing: 2 for $75 on 16×20 canvases.
• Custom sizes and collages are quoted individually.
• All prices are in US dollars and do not include shipping.

Order Process and Turnaround

After you request a quote, we confirm the details and any photo requirements before production. Typical turnaround is 5–7 business days from order confirmation and photo approval. We will notify you of any delays.

Photo Quality and Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for submitting a clear, high-quality photo. We may advise you if a photo is too low-resolution to produce a quality canvas. Proceeding with a photo we have flagged may result in a lower-quality print, and we are not liable for outcomes caused by the original photo.

Intellectual Property

By submitting a photo, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it. You are responsible for ensuring your photo does not infringe on anyone else's copyright. Just Canvass LLC is not liable for unauthorized submissions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Shipping Terms

Shipping is quoted separately and arranged through trusted carriers. Delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will help track and resolve shipping issues.
